Compton launches “Children 4 Change” site to inform and mobilize US parents

Last week education advocate Bob Compton launched “Children4Change” site to inform and mobilize parents who are in favor of educational change in the US. Mr. Compton is the Executive Producer of 2 Million MInutes a documentary film that compared secondary education in the US to what is available in India and China and discussed the implications for the US. The new site includes an option for parents to sign an Open Letter to the President of the United States requesting change. The closing part of the letter says, “If America’s children were aware of the ways in which their education system is failing them they would surely raise their voices in protest.
